The G2 Gallery Presents "An Arid yet Verdant Land; How LADWP Sustains America's Second Largest City"
Eco-salon Will Take Place Thursday, February 4, 2010, at 7:30p.m.
Venice, CA – On Thursday, February 4, 2010, The G2 Gallery will present an eco-salon with LADWP officials in discussion on the role played by the institution in making the city a vibrant, liveable environment.
Jonathan Parfrey, Board of Water and Power Commissioners Appointee, and Thomas Erb, Director of Water Resources for LADWP, will speak about the institution’s role in enabling the formation and development of world-class city in a desert like climate. A question and answer period with attendees will follow.
This talk will continue The G2 Gallery’s H2O lecture series, focusing on water related issues endemic to the Southern California region. Free and open to the public.
