March 29, 2011 – May 8, 2011
Featuring: J.J. L’Heureux
“Faces and eyes are among the first thing we register when meeting our fellow human beings,” says photographer and explorer J.J. L’Heureux. The same could be said for animals in the wild, and in her series Faces, J.J. introduces us to the faces and eyes of some of the most amazing creatures in Antarctica. Each portrait reflects the intimate relationships formed when one experiences the absolute solitude and singularity of the Antarctic continent and its equally unique wildlife.
To be announced shortly.
The G2 Gallery is free and open to the public. Admission to special events, including artist receptions, is $5 at the door and will directly support environmental charities.
