About Robert Turner

An avid conservationist, Robert Turner’s love for the outdoors has kept him out in the field and behind the camera for over thirty years. He began his career as a documentary filmmaker, shooting in locations like the Andes Mountains of Peru. After winning various awards and accolades at international film festivals Robert shifted his focus to large format still photography. In a typical year Bob will travel 30,000 miles, crisscrossing the country in search of the right scene illuminated by the perfect light. When he is not out on this quest, he makes his home in Del Mar, California.
